Choose a view

The bottom navigation label is History. Its current view switcher has Day, Week, Month, and Year. The app also has a separate Timeline route, but Timeline is not a bottom-navigation tab.

Find an entry

  1. Choose History.
  2. Select Day for entries on one date, Week for a short span, Month for a calendar overview, or Year for longer navigation.
  3. Move to the date containing the entry and select its card to edit it.
  4. For semantic search, use the History search control. If prompted, open Settings → Smart Analysis, enable semantic search, and download the local model.
  5. Clear search to restore the calendar view switcher.

Expected result

The selected period renders its saved entries. An empty date directs you toward the plus logging action; it does not create an entry automatically.

Empty or missing history

  1. Confirm the entry’s timestamp and time zone, then check the adjacent date if it was logged near midnight or the device’s time zone changed.
  2. Clear active semantic search, then choose the calendar period and date that should contain the entry.
  3. If semantic search says it is disabled or its model is missing, follow the exact Settings → Smart Analysis instruction rather than clearing data.
  4. Check whether the entry was recorded while signed out or with cloud backup disabled. Those entries are loaded from that device’s local cache; they are not evidence that another device or account has synced them. If cloud backup was enabled, review the current sync state and pending count. Preserve the device and its app/site data while investigating—these checks do not guarantee that a missing entry can be recovered.

Important boundary

History shows recorded observations, not a clinical timeline. Semantic search is separate, requires Smart Analysis to be enabled and its local model downloaded, and should not be described as arbitrary tag filtering. Signed-out entries remain local to the device and browser profile where they were recorded.

Contact support

If the safe recovery steps do not work, email hello@vibbrancy.app. Include your platform, app version, the visible error text, what you were doing, and whether you were online. For sync trouble, you may include the app’s copied sync summary after reviewing it.

Never send a password, PIN, recovery code, access token, private mood or journal content, health details, or raw diagnostics that contain secrets. Vibbrancy support will never ask for them.
