Understand the Insights tabs

What each tab contains

• Snapshot collects overview and recent trend-style summaries.
• Drivers groups observed boosters, drains, timing, movement, body, or health-related associations when qualifying data exists.
• Patterns includes eligible theme, writing, social, arousal, emotional, and related pattern cards.
• Discovery holds further exploratory insight surfaces available for the account and data.

Review Insights

1. Choose Insights in the bottom navigation.
2. Read the data-sufficiency message before interpreting any card.
3. Choose Snapshot, Drivers, Patterns, or Discovery. On a narrow screen, the labels may be represented by accessible tab buttons and indicator dots.
4. Read the card’s own missing-data or plan message. Different cards use different qualifying fields and time spans.
5. Compare an observation with the underlying History entries and exceptions before deciding whether it is useful.

Expected result

The selected tab persists and displays the cards for which the current plan, platform, and recorded data qualify. Invalid persisted timestamps are excluded from calculations.

Locked or empty cards

1. Do not assume the overall Insights gate unlocks every card.
2. Check whether the card needs unique days, triggers, movement, themes, or health summaries.
3. Check plan access without buying solely to force a particular conclusion; data may still be insufficient.
4. Keep recording naturally rather than inventing or duplicating entries to fill a requirement.
