Check the purchase context

Use the Vibbrancy account and Apple or Google store account involved in the original purchase. Connect to the network. The app deliberately shows See price in store when a current offering price is unavailable, so do not rely on an old displayed price.

Restore or refresh access

  1. Open Settings → Subscription or the current subscription screen.
  2. Confirm the signed-in Vibbrancy account.
  3. On iOS or Android, choose the visible restore-purchases control and authenticate with the original platform store account if asked.
  4. On web, refresh the subscription state; the web SDK checks current customer information rather than performing native store restoration.
  5. Return to Settings or reopen the app. Subscription state is also revalidated on launch and resume.
  6. For billing management, use the management control supplied by the SDK. Native fallback destinations are Apple’s or Google Play’s subscription management; web uses the in-app customer centre.

Expected result

An active Vibbrancy Complete entitlement restores eligible Complete controls. If no active entitlement exists, the account remains Free. Expired status can return to Free during revalidation.

If Complete stays missing

  1. Verify network, platform, original store account, and Vibbrancy account.
  2. Check the store’s purchase/subscription history without sharing receipts containing sensitive identifiers publicly.
  3. Restart the app once to trigger revalidation.
  4. Do not repurchase until you have confirmed the original transaction state; a second purchase may create avoidable billing work.

Important boundary

Subscriptions are platform and store-account specific. This article makes no price, cross-store transfer, or fixed entitlement-count promise. Store restoration is a native purchase operation; web refresh checks current customer information and web management uses the in-app customer centre where available.

Contact support

If the safe recovery steps do not work, email hello@vibbrancy.app. Include your platform, app version, the visible error text, what you were doing, and whether you were online. For sync trouble, you may include the app’s copied sync summary after reviewing it.

Never send a password, PIN, recovery code, access token, private mood or journal content, health details, or raw diagnostics that contain secrets. Vibbrancy support will never ask for them.
