Mood entries
Delete one or more mood entries
Use long-press selection and confirmation to remove entries, with safeguards for queued cloud deletion.

Before deleting
Open the entry and verify its date, score, and note. If you may need the record later, make a CSV or JSON export first. An export is a reference file, not a file that Vibbrancy currently imports.
Delete entries
- Open Settings → General and enable Long-Press to Delete if long-press selection is unavailable.
- Go to History and press and hold an entry card to enter selection mode.
- For the safest scope, select entries individually and verify each date, score, and note.
- Be aware that Select All selects every History entry currently loaded, not only entries visible for a particular day or filter. Use it only if you intend to delete that entire loaded scope.
- Before choosing the delete action, verify the selected count and review the selected scope. Deletion is irreversible; if either is unexpected, cancel selection and start again.
- Read the confirmation and confirm only when its selected count matches the entries you intend to remove.
- Use Cancel before confirmation if anything is uncertain.
Expected result
The selected entries leave the local list. If cloud backup is enabled and connected, deletion syncs; while offline, it is queued as a pending operation.
If deletion does not finish
- Do not repeat bulk selection immediately. Refresh History and verify which entries remain.
- Reconnect, open Settings → Data & Storage, and inspect the pending count.
- Choose Sync Now. Retry only listed failed operations.
- Do not use a destructive “replace local data” conflict choice as a deletion repair step.
Important boundary
Deletion is destructive and there is no verified mood-history file-import or undo control. Export anything you may need before deleting. A deletion can queue while offline when Cloud Backup is enabled; do not claim that disappearance from one device proves immediate erasure from every retained server copy.
Contact support
If the safe recovery steps do not work, email hello@vibbrancy.app. Include your platform, app version, the visible error text, what you were doing, and whether you were online. For sync trouble, you may include the app’s copied sync summary after reviewing it.
Never send a password, PIN, recovery code, access token, private mood or journal content, health details, or raw diagnostics that contain secrets. Vibbrancy support will never ask for them.
