Choose by friction

  1. Friction 1

A blank page feels like too much

Use the empty template or a neutral completion tile. Keep completed entries and personal context private.

  2. Friction 2

An app's privacy wording feels vague

Use fictional data. Record only visible behaviour; the result is not an audit, certification, privacy grade, or security conclusion.

  3. Friction 3

One clue is turning into a big conclusion

Write down the clue, scope, and unknowns. A prompt or observation cannot establish a diagnosis, cause, pattern, or guaranteed outcome.

Print it, post it, or adapt it

The pack contains the one-page PDF, full-size PNG, editable SVG, reviewed caption, alt text, and source rules. Disclose the Vibbrancy source and do not ask people to post completed check-ins, privacy-test answers, or private context.
