Delete Your Data

Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.

What data will be deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following from our servers:

  • Your account profile and authentication credentials
  • All mood entries and journal notes stored via cloud sync
  • Activity tags, triggers, and custom categories
  • Meditation history and progress data
  • Engagement and streak data
  • Subscription and billing metadata (payment details are managed by Apple/Google)
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

What is not affected

  • Local device data — Data stored only on your device (IndexedDB) is not affected by this request. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear site data in your browser settings.
  • App Store / Play Store subscriptions — Deleting your data does not cancel active subscriptions. Manage subscriptions through Apple Settings or Google Play.
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics — Non-personally-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g. total app opens) cannot be linked back to you and are retained.

Deletion timeline

Once we receive your request, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. During this period, your account will be immediately deactivated and inaccessible. If you sign in again within the 30-day window, your deletion request will be cancelled and your account will be restored.

How to request deletion

Option 1: From the app

  1. Open Vibbrancy
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account & Data
  5. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Via email

Send an email to privacy@vibbrancy.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within 48 hours.
